It’s January, which means it is time for all the wintry fun! The perfect place to head is SkateQuest, Reston’s very own indoor skating rink. With two massive ice rinks—the Olympic Rink and the NHL Rink—there is plenty of space to social distance on the ice, especially with their limited capacities to adhere by CDC guidelines—so it’s extra safe!
If you’re just looking to have a little fun and hit the ice for something different to do, try the public skates! Time slots are just over an hour long and are limited to just 30 people per slot, so you must register beforehand on the phone or on their website. After you work up an appetite, you can visit the cafe for some delicious munchies like mozzarella sticks and burgers or pizza.
For those who are looking for a little something more, the rink offers a variety of figure skating and hockey lessons and leagues for all ages. Check out their website to get the full scoop! << Back To Blogs
