“The Wolves” Gives a Rare Peek Into Authentic Adolescence at NextStop Theatre

The Wolves takes an unconventional approach to exploring adolescence in its purest form. The original play—the first by playwright Sarah DeLappe—takes a peek inside the lives of teenage girls as they warm up for soccer practice each day. Their surprisingly candid and honest conversations shed light on the way teens truly think, on their fears and insecurities.

The Wolves adds an extra layer of authenticity thanks to careful casting. The casting team recruited aspiring teenage actresses from within the local community to fill the starring roles. The result is a fresh-faced ensemble cast with firsthand knowledge of the sometimes weighty topics discussed at soccer practice. The Wolves is playing at NextStop Theatre now through February 24th, and tickets start at $35. Grab your tickets now to see the Pulitzer Prize-nominated production.
