This fast-casual rotisserie chicken stand rubs a combination of spices into whole chickens and roasts each over an open flame. The product of this process has an unmistakeable aroma and flavor, and it’s one people drive from far and wide to experience. Guests say the chicken is always tender, the sides are tasty and fresh, and for those on the go, their to-go packaging keeps their food hot. Crisp and Juicy even offers a flan dessert made in-house by a family recipe.
Crisp and Juicy is open until 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and until 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
